YOU ACCEPT OUR SALES TERMS BY MAKING A PURCHASE FROM US OR TICKING THE ONLINE ACCEPTANCE BOX. YOUR PURCHASE FROM US INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS THESE SALES TERMS AND CONTACT US, THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED AND WILL COMPLY WITH THESE SALES TERMS.

OUR WEBSITE TERMS OF USE SET OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SITE. OUR PRIVACY POLICY SETS OUT HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. THESE ARE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE.

THESE TERMS SUPPLEMENT AND INCORPORATE THE PAYPAL TERMS OF SERVICE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE USER AGREEMENT.

1. REGISTRATION

WE WILL PROVIDE A CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNT REGISTRATION IF YOU REGISTER ON THE SITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS CONFIDENTIAL. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ALL ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING PURCHASES MADE USING YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS.

PRICING

A. PRICES ARE DETERMINED AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND PRIOR TO PAYMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
B. INVOICES ARE ONLY VALID FOR 30 DAYS AFTER THIS THEY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.   

C. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED. 


PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ORDERS

A. YOU MAY ORDER FROM US DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL OR AS SET OUT ON THE SITE. WE MAY AT OUR DISCRETION ACCEPT OR REJECT AN ORDER DEPENDING ON FACTORS INCLUDING AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND OUR ABILITY TO VALIDATE PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

B. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE ORDER DETAILS, INCLUDING DELIVERY ADDRESS, PRODUCT/SERVICE AND PRICING, BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER ON THE SITE.

C. ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, IT'S CONSIDERED TO BE FINAL AND NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS CAN BE MADE. IF YOUR NEED TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US ASAP AND WE WILL TRY TO COMBINE YOUR ORDERS IF POSSIBLE. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PACKAGED YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY POSTAGE AGAIN

ART WORK

(A) IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER REQUIRES YOU TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCT (ARTWORK), YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ART WORK IN THE CORRECT FORMAT. WHICH WILL BE EXPLAINED TO YOU BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.

B. IF THE CORRECT FORMAT OF ARTWORK IS NOT SUPPLIED WITHIN 3 REVISIONS YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED.

C. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN THE ARTWORK YOU HAVE SUBMITTED TO US OR ANY ERRORS CAUSED BY THE ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OF SUCH ARTWORK. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ARTWORK SUBMITTED TO US WHICH CONTAINS ERRORS.

D. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING AND APPROVING ALL PRODUCTS CREATED BY US FOR YOU USING YOUR ARTWORK.

E. AN EXAMPLE DRAFT PRODUCT (PROOF) WILL BE SENT TO YOU IN PDF VIA EMAIL FOR YOU TO REVIEW AND APPROVE OR REQUEST AMENDMENTS.

F. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST FOR APPROVAL WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU REQUIRE AMENDMENTS TO YOUR PROOFS, WE WILL AMEND THESE AS INSTRUCTED AND SEND TO YOU FOR FINAL APPROVAL ONCE AMENDED.

G. UPON APPROVAL FROM YOU, ANY SUBSEQUENT ERRORS IN YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

H. ALTHOUGH WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO ENSURE THAT REQUESTED COLOURS ARE MATCHED, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT MATCH IN COLOUR OR TEXTURE BETWEEN YOUR ARTWORK OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY YOU AND THE PRODUCTS WE CREATE FOR YOU. WHILE WE HAVE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES IN PLACE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THERE ARE ACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF COLOUR VARIATION FROM PRINT RUN TO PRINT RUN, FROM STOCK TO STOCK, FROM BACK TO FRONT AND BETWEEN DIFFERENT PRINTING PROCESSES.

I. TRIMMING MAY VARY BY UP TO 2 MM FROM THE PROOF, SPECIFICATION, OR PRINT JOB TO PRINT JOB

J. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT A VARIATION OF UP TO 10% IN QUANTITY IS INHERENT IN THE PRINT PROCESS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY REGARDING THESE VARIATIONS, HOWEVER, WE MAY, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, REPRINT THE SHORTAGE OR PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND FOR THE MISSING QUANTITY

DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

WE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME OFFER PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES, WHICH MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THE SITE. CODES MUST BE ENTERED AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. THE CONDITIONS OF USE RELATING TO ANY DISCOUNT CODE WILL BE SPECIFIED AT THE TIME THAT IT IS ISSUED.

INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

A. ALL IMAGES, TEXT, DESIGNS, GRAPHICS, TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS ARE OWNED BY AND PROPERTY OF NORTHERNPRINTINGCO OR THE PROPERLY ATTRIBUTED PARTY. IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW TO USE ANY OF OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AND MODIFICATION OF ANY MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE IS ILLEGAL AND MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE SHOULD WE CHOOSE TO DO SO, INCLUDING ASKING FOR FINANCIAL PENALTIES (DAMAGES) AND/OR AN INJUNCTION FORCING YOU TO STOP USING OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

B. YOU MUST NOT BREACH OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS BY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALTERING OR MODIFYING ANY OF THE MATERIALS, CREATING DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM THE MATERIALS OR USING OUR MATERIALS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES SUCH AS ON SALE TO THIRD PARTIES

RETURNS

A. WARRANTIES: SELLER: EXCEPT FOR YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS, ALL MATERIAL AND WORK IS PROVIDED TO YOU WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MANUFACTURER: PRODUCTS MAY COME WITH A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY IS IN ADDITION TO BUT MAY OVERLAP WITH ANY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING ANY CONSUMER GUARANTEES. IF YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A “CONSUMER” WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE ACL, THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY MAY BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY. YOU SHOULD CHECK THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, AS MANY MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY IN A BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL SETTING. PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.

B. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND: IF YOU WISH TO SEEK REPAIR, RESUPPLY, REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES AND WE WILL EXPLAIN THE REQUIREMENTS TO YOU. THIS MAY INCLUDE YOU PROVIDING PROOF OF PURCHASE AND EVIDENCE OF THE FAULTY PRODUCT TO US.

C. REFUND: IF YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, WE WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE REFUND ONCE EVIDENCE OF FAULTY PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY US, OR WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AT OUR WAREHOUSE AND INSPECTED IT AND ASSESSED WHETHER IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER THESE SALES TERMS. ANY REFUND WE MAKE WILL BE BY THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING FEES

D. PACKAGING: YOU MUST ADEQUATELY PACKAGE ANY PRODUCT YOU ARE RETURNING FOR OUR COLLECTION TO ENSURE THAT IT IS NOT DAMAGED DURING RETURN DELIVERY TO OUR WAREHOUSE. WE WILL ARRANGE FOR ANY PRODUCTS YOU WANT RETURNED TO BE COLLECTED, USUALLY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

E. DUTY OF CARE: YOU HAVE A DUTY OF CARE FOR THE PRODUCT WHILE IT IS IN YOUR POSSESSION. IF YOU DAMAGE PRODUCTS, THEN SUBSEQUENTLY RETURN THE PRODUCTS, YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO PAY TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, WHERE A REPAIR IS NOT ECONOMICALLY VIABLE, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE

F. CHANGE OF MIND: IN NO CASE DO WE ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THE PRINTERY. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUT SHOP MAY BE RETURNED. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS AND ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AS THEY WERE SOLD.

G. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST IN THE POST FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT COVER THE POSTAGE COSTS FOR ANY RETURNS.

H. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE LIABLE TO PAY IMPORT AND DUTY FEES UPON ARRIVAL IN THEIR COUNTRY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIS, IF YOU DECLINE YOUR ORDER YOU WILL RECIEVE A REFUND OF THE PRODUCT COST ONCE IT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US.

 

SHIPPING

  • ALL PRINTING ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BY SPECIAL DELIVERY WITH ROYAL MAIL WHICH COVERS US FOR £500 COMPENSATION

  • SHIPPING WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE BUYER IN THE AMOUNT AGREED UPON BY THE SELLER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE

  • IF AN ITEM IS LOST DURING SHIPPING, THE LOST ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER AGAIN AT NORTHERNPRINTINGCO’S EXPENSE.

  • IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING THE SELLER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE

     

INSPECTION
UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS INSPECTED THE GOODS AND MADE A WRITTEN NOTICE TO NORTHERNPRINTINGCO WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY, THE GOODS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND ACCEPTED IN GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION

FORCE MAJEURE
NORTHERNPRINTINGCO IS NOT LIABLE TO THE BUYER FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS WHERE SUCH FAILURES ARISE OR IS THE RESULT OF CIVIL DISTURBANCE OR WAR, STRIKE, LOCK-OUT, FIRST OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE DEEMED BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

6. CANCELLATION

ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED AN ORDER ON OUR SITE, CONFIRMED THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER AND YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT ANY TIME AND YOU REMAIN BOUND BY THESE SALES TERMS.



RETURNS/CREDIT POLICY

  • ITEMS ARE ENTITLED TO BE CREDITED OR RETURNED BASED ON COMPLAINT

  • AN APPLICATION VIA THE NORTHERNPRINTINGCO WEBSITE MUST BE MADE FOR A RETURN/CREDIT

  • THE INVOICE NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THE REQUEST TO BE PROCESSED

  • IF AN ITEM IS UNSATISFACTORY, A WRITTEN EXPLANATION & PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IS REQUIRED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY BEFORE THE ITEM MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR A CREDIT

  • BUYER MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM BEFORE REQUESTING A CREDIT. IF THE ITEM MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION BY THE SELLER AND THE BUYER IS UNSATISFIED, SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND

  • CHANGE OF MIND OR CANCELLATION OF A JOB IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR A RETURN OR CREDIT

  • CREDITS AND EXCHANGES ARE GRANTED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS

  • CREDITS ARE GIVEN AGAINST THE CUSTOMER’S TRADING NAME

  • CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE

  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM PETERKIN

  • ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY NORTHERNPRINTINGCO PAPER’S INVOICE DETAILS

  • RETURNED GOODS THAT ARE INSUFFICIENTLY DAMAGED & THEREFORE SUSTAIN DAMAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND SUBSEQUENTLY NO CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED

DATABASE OPT-IN 
WE USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND YOU EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDERS. BEFORE SENDING YOU ANY MARKETING EMAILS, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL REQUESTING YOU TO 'OPT-IN'. ONCE CONFIRMED YOU WISH TO RECEIVE, WE WILL SEND YOU EMAILS ON NEW PRODUCTS, SPECIAL OFFERS AND OTHER RELEVANT NEWS. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE - EVER! IF YOU NO LONGER WISH TO RECEIVE OUR EMAILS, YOU MAY OPT-OUT AT ANY TIME FROM THE LINK IN THE EMAIL.

 

7. DELIVERY

(A) LOCATION: WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE, PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS DELIVERY OPTIONS.

(B) TIMING: ALL ORDERS PLACED ON THE ONLINE SHOP WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. WE ASK TO ALLOW 3 WEEKS FOR TURN AROUND OF PRINTING ORDERS HOWEVER WE ALWAYS AIM TO HAVE THEM DONE AND DISPATCHED BEFORE THIS.

(C) CHANGE: IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN ORDER BY UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR SITE.

(D) METHOD: WE MAY DELIVER THE PRODUCTS VIA A RANGE OF DELIVERY METHODS. ALL DELIVERIES OVER £50 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. IF NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE IS AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED, GENERALLY BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY LEAVING A CARD, SO THAT YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR DELIVERY FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.

(F) TITLE AND RISK: TITLE IN THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT PASS TO YOU UNTIL THE LATER OF DELIVERY, OR YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED OR OTHERWISE RECEIVED BY US. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS DECLINED FOR AN REASON WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RECLAIM THE PRODUCTS FROM YOUR POSSESSION, CUSTODY OR CONTROL EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU OR MOVED FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP OR SELL THE PRODUCTS. RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION TO ANY PRODUCTS WILL PASS TO YOU ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE.
